Princess for a day, everyday

A lot has happened. People bringing me up, people bringing me down. But seriously, who cares? I love what I do, I respect my creations. The thing is, bad or good, it’s just bound to get better. Wink.

And here I am in a local shopping mall in a really beautiful monster creation.

True, every princess has had really BIG problems. Like walking around in huge platforms with a boulder of fabric wrapped around her body… down through the staircase. That’s a big dilemma, yes.

The crown, too. It’s heavy.

And the insecurity. HAHA. Kidding. No, just the fun and fabulosity. Wink.

Lastly, being with the REAL princess.

Jio! So glad you dropped a question. Haha. Wow. That’s someone new and I had to google her up. Well, thanks? I dunno if I should take this as a compliment or what but reading your words, all I can say is that I’m a self-inspired designer. I think i have enough creativity in mind to play with, if you know what I mean. ;)

Fancy Frock: Flower Power

It’s summer and why yes, florals are no bummer. Though some consider the summer season ending, flowers and perky colors still come to most outfits since they brighten up days. Oh yes, they do! Plus, it’s a really undeniable trend.

For now I have been inspired by that old Blair Waldorf wedding occasion dress on Season One of Gossip Girl. That short, bubbly, colorful and well, floral dress outfit she wore made me think of this design.

It’s a scoop of blueberry and strawberry ice creams wrapped in a floral cone and ribboned with a big blue bow. Pulling off a young, sweet look in crumpled fabrics and splashed with little green and white beads, it ended up somewhat far from how I imagined but yes, this…

The angle seems wrong though but yes, there are white and green beads all over. It’s just not as seen as it should be. Sewn with a garter on the waist, go for flower power.
